Ganga Indian Restaurant

We haven't been that busy lately doing fun and exciting things, but we have been trying new restaurants. This will be our first in a series of posts on some of our favorite restaurants around Seoul.

Ganga is located off of Line 2 (Green Line), Seoullung stop, exit 1. This is by far one of our favorite restaurants here in Seoul. Although the food is delicious the pictures don't do it justice.

We had Chicken Tikka Masala, Lentils, Spicy Chili Chicken, Garlic Naan, and Blueberry Lassis.

Chicken Tikka Masala is tender pieces of boneless chicken in a tangy tomato cream sauce. This is our favorite dish.

The Lentils were sort of like little beans with some peppers and spices in a tomato based sauce.

The Barbecued Chili Chicken was pretty spicy and came with bell peppers, onions and chilis. There was also a side of honey sauce for dipping and some cucumbers and pickled onions.

Naan is the Indian bread side dish. It's thin and a little crispy on the outside, brushed with butter and sprinkled with minced garlic. Love it!

We just discovered the Lassi desert drink a few months ago. They're basically a yogurt drink with pureed fruit added in. Sort of like a smoothy but less thick. The blueberry ones were sweet and delicious. They also have kiwi, mango and raspberry flavors. Sorry, no pic of this one.

Hope you had a great weekend. :) Leslie
